Salary:
£30,000 - £45,000 Depending on Experience


Hours:
Full time, In office


Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Plc.


An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and adaptable Executive Assistant to work for a Multi Adviser Senior Partner Practice within a St.

James's Place based near Wilmslow.
You will be managing the work generated by the Partner and Advisers and offering support as required.

The Role:
Executive Assistant

You will have previous experience as an EA, ideally within a Financial Services business or a similar professional environment.

  • Your role will include actioning changes to Client portfolios as instructed by the Partner and Advisers
  • You will have experience of managing and developing others, ideally with some HR experience
  • You will have a good understanding of how you can add value to this business, and you enjoy working as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • You are used to using IT systems and may have used a CRM, ideally Salesforce
  • You will be a confident professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. You have common sense, influencing skills and enjoy problem solving.

As the Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary & travel management
  • Managing office budgets
  • Assisting the Partner with marketing administration
  • Preparing all documentation for the Partner's meetings
  • Ensuring client information is recorded accurately
  • Dealing with third parties on a daily basis
  • Managing the pipeline of business through the Practice.


After an initial period of training to learn new processes and skills you will have the opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation framework.

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, highly organised and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do' working style.


  • You have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • An excellent eye for detail and good IT skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • You are a selfstarter and able to work with little or no supervision
  • You are reliable with proven office management, administrative or personal assistant experience
  • You will have contact with clients, and it is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
  • It would be advantageous to have worked in a Financial Services or have a financial background.
