This ecommerce retailer based in Yorkshire is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to oversee their ecommerce functions and enhance their market presence. The role involves being in the office 3 days a week.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, the Head of Ecommerce will have a key role in defining the ecommerce strategy, managing the customer journey and experience, and leading the existing ecommerce team.
Main responsibilities:
To be qualified for this position, candidates should possess extensive experience in online trading, including CRO, and a comprehensive understanding of the synergy between online trading, acquisition, and brand development.
