Description

We are a local, modern European restaurant and bar with an Italian and Spanish influenced menu, a well sourced quality wine list and very popular contemporary cocktail offer.

We are located in the East Village at E20 - A vibrant Zone 2 residential and commercial district created as part of the London 2012 Olympic legacy.

Our customers are a wide ranging demographic of Queen Elizabeth Olympic park visitors, local residents and guests from neighbouring districts.

You'll work in tandem with the Manager to maintain high standards of service, uphold company policies, and engender a positive work environment for our team members


Operational Management:

Assist in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Supervise staff during shifts to maintain quality service and resolve any customer or operational issues promptly.
Monitoring bookings, enquiries and ensure efficiency of reservations diary
Provide guidance, support, and training to staff members to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
Meet and greet guests always in a positive welcoming, open manner.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and handling guest inquiries and complaints effectively.

Financial Management:
Assist in controlling costs, and maximizing profitability through effective inventory management and cost-control measures.

Marketing and Promotion:
Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
