    Description

    Detillens is collaborating with a prestigious global banking institution to enhance their technology capabilities in Glasgow. They are in need of a seasoned software engineer, ideally proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and either Angular or React for UI. This is an opportunity to work on exciting technology projects within a fast-paced environment without managerial responsibilities.

    Role Profile:

    • This role presents a great chance for a Java Back-End Developer with Spring Boot experience and some front-end skills to advance their career in a dynamic team.
    • You will have the opportunity to work on and lead global projects.

    Essential Skills:

    • Core experience in Java Back-End and Spring Boot development is a must.
    • Knowledge of real-time application development is highly valuable.
    • Experience with databases like Mongo DB, DB2, or Psybase is required.
    • Proficiency in Python scripting.
    • Exposure to Angular or React is advantageous.

    Desired Skills:

    • Prior work experience in the financial services sector or a complex corporate environment is beneficial.
    • Experience with distributed platforms and technologies is highly advantageous.
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
    • Demonstrate innovation, motivation, and effective team collaboration.
    • Openness to learning new technologies.
