Description

Highly regarded multi office practice with offices throughout West Sussex & Hampshire seeks an experienced Wills & Probate lawyer to lead and head up their Private Client team.

You will be joining an expanding friendly team overseeing an existing caseload which includes drafting Wills, LPAs and assisting with Probate & Estate matters acting for private individuals (some HNW) together with developing and driving the team forward.

Experience within Trusts and/or advising clients on IHT & CGT matters would be advantageous but not essential.

My client will consider either CILEX or be qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years private client experience - STEP membership preferred.
