Paralegal / Litigation Executive – This 'top tier' international law firm is looking for a Paralegal or Litigation Executive with EL/PL experience, preferably from a defendant perspective.

Around one year or more of experience as a personal injury paralegal or legal executive dealing with small claims / and or fast track personal injury EL/PL.

The role will vary depending on your experience, but as a guide, you will be:

drafting instructions to counsel and medical experts;
reviewing medical evidence;
Varied client base from 'tier 1' insurers to local authorities and emergency services

The EL/PL team represents insurer and corporate clients in a variety of legal disputes from fast track 'slips n trips' to accidents at work and high profile multi track and Large Loss matters.

They also advise a number of public bodies including local authorities and emergency services such as the police.

As a result, claims can include more niche specialist areas such as injuries sustained whilst in Police custody as well as other areas such as misfeasance.
