We are part of the Airedale Group who are a market leading design, installation, and maintenance provider for commercial kitchens in the UK hospitality and food service industry.

Working alongside clients from the initial designs, offering the complete end to end solution with established, long-standing relationships across an extensive, blue chip client base.

As a growing business, we now require an Office Manager to join our team.

Based at our site in Pershore, this role will support general operations set by the Service Director, managing the day to day running of the office and promoting best practice.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operation of the Sprint office, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for staff.
  • Drive new office policies and procedures to promote a productive and positive working culture.
  • Fleet administration such as booking in services and MOT's and coordinating hire cars.
  • Purchasing of office equipment and stationary.
  • Dealing with post, scanning and filing documentation.
  • Coordinating any events, travel and transport requirements within the business.
  • Supporting with training and development where necessary.
  • Assisting HR with onboarding new starters, purchasing new uniform and checking timesheets.

Experience Required:


  • Previous experience of running a fastpaced office environment
  • Good IT skills including use of Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team.
  • Reliable and highly selfmotivated.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Logical approach and effective problem solving ability.
  • Positive attitude with ability to influence productive changes.
