    The Royal Hospital Chelsea (RHC) is a historic institution providing supported accommodation (Long Wards) and residential and nursing care where necessary (within the Margaret Thatcher Infirmary) for some 300 retired soldiers, known as In-Pensioners (IPs).

    It ensures Army veterans are provided with the support and comradeship they need in recognition of their service to the Nation and safeguards their historic home for the veterans of tomorrow.

    Army Officer either DE or LErole, such as Unit or Sub-Unit Command or Unit Welfare Officerof welfare support requirements for understanding of the needs of older delivery of effective Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion management.

    The role is challenging but very satisfying and you will not be alone in managing the its complexities as we have a very well developed multidisciplinary team with experts from a wide range of backgrounds who will be there to support you and help you develop into the role.
