    • Interim ContractIndustry: RetailLocation: Central LondonSalary: £45,000 £55,000Interim 8 week contract We have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in employee relations to join this Global Retail brand.
    This is an 8 week contract to start immediately.

    You will be required to create ER training materials to roll out to managers, so experience doing so previously is essential.

    As this is a contract role the ability to hit the ground running and get involved immediately is a must, as well as commitment for the full length of the contract.

    Extensive experience managing complex ER cases whilst supporting a diverse client group (including senior stakeholders) in a fast-paced environmentExcellent knowledge of employment law and terms of employment legislationAbility to coach individuals and influence at all levelsA natural presenter who is comfortable facilitating workshops and meetingsThis role is required to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
