- Handling a variety of clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement, including both pre and post litigation claims. Essential Knowledge
- Litigation experience is essential to this role.
- Excellent understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes
- Experience in handling a variety of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion.
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Experience of working to targets and KPIs. Desirable Knowledge
- Experience using Proclaim database is preferable.
- Training junior staff members in handling clinical negligence claims
- Working with marketing to expand the department. Experience 5 years + experience in handling Claimant Clinical Negligence claims is essential. Key Competencies
