Warwick (GB) or Portadown (NI) basedWe have recently announced the creation of Pilgrim's Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrim's UK & Pilgrim'sFood Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.

As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation.

We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.
A dedicated Transactional Services team will be created to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service to the Business Units.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Solutions, we are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for an IT SD Business Analyst.

The Role
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
Develop documentation for systems and processes.
Interface with development team members to clearly define requested changes.
Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing support.
Develop and manage project plans for your area.
Understand customer needs and quantify appropriate actions.
Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and regression test plans.
Understand security needs and coordinate with required IT and Business team members.
Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources.
Establish and grow relationships with business and IT partners.
Mentor, coach, and develop other SAP analysts and employees at various levels of the company.
Independently manage and deliver projects in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

Must have handson configuration experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S4 HANA.
Strong business process knowledge in SAP Order to Cash processes including: Pricing, Quotations, Sales Order Entry, ATP, Rebates, Accruals, Order Fulfillment, Sales Invoicing, Shipping/Transportation, Billing and Payment.
Ability to configure in SD (Sales & Distribution) module, with a good knowledge of other SAP areas like MM and FICO.
Strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes and concepts.
Experience with SAP Data Migration and integration points between SAP, middleware, and subsystems.
Working knowledge of master data requirements and setup that support SAP processes and solutions.
Ability to create custom queries and develop reports.
A selfstarter and have the ability to deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements.
Strong desire to configure the SAP software to meet business requirements.
Management of compliance to Enterprise architecture, global template guidelines and product roadmap.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment.
Active participant in functional and technical discussions.
Ability to analyze user needs and architect complete solutions.
Ability to develop data conversion strategy from legacy system to SAP.
Must be willing to travel as needed.

Highly Desirable Skills

ALE, EDI, IDOC experience.
Ability to debug and read ABAP code.
