    Rutherford Cross is currently working on an exciting Interim Finance Manager opportunity based in Glasgow City Centre for a 3–6-month period.

    This role will be hybrid and will report directly into the COO.

    This role will be responsible for the following:

    Purchase Ledger - Full ownership and responsibility for allocating invoices against correct nominal and department codes on Xero ensuring invoices are paid on timeSales Ledger – Full ownership and responsibility for sending correct invoices against correct nominal, department and consultant codes on Xero ensuring invoices are paid on time.

    Report on invoices to date/future booked nearing month endCredit ControlDebtor Days – tracking debtor days (countback method is used) to report to DirectorsBusiness Planning – Helping the department heads with their annual business planning including analysing what was spent the previous year, new hires, event and marketing spend etc.

    Intermediary Reporting – sending HMRC detailed reports on current contractorsThis role will also have additional responsibilities which can viewed on the full role profile which can be shared with interested candidates.
