The University of Reading is seeking to recruit a Project Lead who will play a key role in the delivery of its Capital Project 5 year Estates Strategy programme; one of our key ambitions is to continuously invest in providing first-class facilities for our students.

Reporting to the Projects Director, the Project Lead will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, including the supervision of consultant project managers and design teams.

We are seeking an individual who would relish the opportunity to deliver a full range of capital, maintenance and departmental funded projects across the University's estate portfolio.

Projects include refurbishment and maintenance schemes for a diverse range of properties including research facilities, teaching facilities, listed buildings, social and recreational space, commercial space, and public realm areas, ranging from less than £500k to up to circa £5m in value.
