This role will be diverse and offers an opportunity to learn a multitude of technologies, by investigating and resolving a variety of requests and incidents.
This role is suited to an individual who is keen to learn and develop but enjoys owning a problem, seeing it through to resolution.
The successful candidate will be driven to go the extra mile to help our clients resolve their IT issues. They should be able to work well in a team but also independently.
Job responsibilities:
First point of contact
Respond to incoming emails and answer telephone calls.
Capture and log the end-user requirements/Incident in detail.
Delivering technical fixes
Investigate and trouble-shoot incidents and apply resolutions.
Process Service Request, following the agreed procedures.
Follow the escalations procedure when requiring third line support.
Technical Experience needed:
A minimum of 24 months IT Support experience in a 1st/2nd line support role.
Desktop/Remote desktop
Windows Server administration / troubleshooting
Microsoft Exchange administration
365 Administration and troubleshooting
Active Directory management and GPO administration
MDM solutions
