Description

As a Junior Solutions Consultant for Zoho Products, your primary responsibility is to support the Key Account Management team by providing comprehensive technical expertise.

While the presales team in the UK focuses on the customer experience platform, SE independently handle other Zoho products. This role extends to post-sale support, ensuring existing customers adeptly adopt Zoho products.

This multifaceted role is instrumental in driving adoption and supporting Account Managers in building stronger relationships with their accounts.


The Junior Solutions Consultant will work closely with existing customers, equipping Account Managers with the tools to excel in retention, upselling, and cross-selling within their accounts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Solution Design: Create Solution diagrams and POCs to showcase the functionality and capabilities of Zoho Products by collaborating with the presales team for the customer experience platform and independently for other products.
  • Solution Assessment: Check the feasibility of new use cases for Zoho Products and provide solutions to address any technical challenges or constraints.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed and comprehensive product demonstrations for existing customers for crosssell, upsell, and retention.
  • Documentation: Draft comprehensive RFIs,RFPs and post workshop SAR(Service assessment Report) based on customer needs.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions/workshops for customers on the features and functionalities of Zoho Products to drive adoption and ROI.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges and implementation issues related to Zoho products.
  • Collaborate: Collaborate with product teams and other teams to find solutions and address customer needs effectively
  • Knowledge Base: Actively contribute to the teams Knowledge Base by sharing insights, best practices, and technical documentation. Help build a comprehensive repository of resources for internal and external use.
