Job Title - Room Attendant (Hotel)

Location - Stamford Bridge, Millennium and Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea FC

Permanent Role

Hours - 40 hours per week (5 of 7 days)

What We're Looking For:


We're looking for a Room Attendant to join our hotel to keep the overall cleanliness of the hotel rooms, corridors, and pantries.


Brief description and duties:


  • To work alongside the housekeeping team in ensuring that rooms corridors and pantries are clean, reporting maintenance or health & safety concerns to supervisors.
  • To be confident in engaging with guests and visitors so as to ensure their recollection of the hotels is a positive and warm one.
  • To ensure appropriate standards of conduct, dress hygiene and uniform appearances are maintained at all times.
  • To ensure chemicals are correctly used as per SOP
  • To attend health and safety and fire training in order to meet the legal requirements.
  • To carry additional duties as reasonably requested.

Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:

  • Being able to communicate in English.
  • Able to work shifts and weekends as required.
  • Able to work as a team player.

Nice to haves:


  • Previous experience within housekeeping
