Working for an exciting company, who are well established and have over 17 years' experience in their sector. This is a pivotal role as an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO and their senior management team. Due to the nature of the COO's role, the Executive Assistant will have exposure to various business functions and key stakeholders (internal and external) and will play a key-role in facilitating information flow and communication between departments and ensuring time is managed effectively.
What will you be doing as an Executive Assistant?
- Diary management
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and outputs
- Following up with team members to ensure actions are completed and projects remain on task and on time
- Communication to team of all relevant meetings, events and deadlines
- Arranging travel and accommodation both in the UK and overseas
- Preparation of documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, using tact, judgement and discretion
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Completing specific projects and research
What experience will you require as an Executive Assistant?
- Experience in a similar role as Executive Assistant or PA or EA or Management Assistant
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships quickly
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, work under pressure and assess priorities
- Excellent working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft office to include diary management and PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately; diplomacy, professional conduct and discretion always exhibited.
- Strong written skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive approach, competent working independently to get things done.
- Strong teamplayer
What will you LOVE about being an Executive Assistant?
- £34,000 - £38,000 dependant on experience
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day flexible start time from 8am 10am
