We arecurrently looking to recruit a full-time Treasury Assistant on a 3-month fixedterm contract to support our Finance Team, based at our office in Didcot,Oxfordshire.


Weoperate a hybrid working model:
three or more days from the office, theremainder of the week from home.

Reportingdirectly to the Group Treasury Manager the Treasury Assistant is responsiblefor monitoring, delivering and improving Treasury and AR processes.


KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily and weekly cashreconciliations across multiple GBP and USD bank accounts
  • Reconciliation of cash receivablefor payment merchants
  • Monthly bankreconciliations
  • Monitoring of accountsreceivable receipts and invoicing
  • Processing and reporting ofstaff expenses
  • Other ad hoc support fortreasury and accounts payable function

ABOUTYOU

  • Experienced Treasury or Accounts Payable financeprofessional
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF andPIVOT tables
  • Experience in Netsuite and Concur preferred
  • Engaging team member with handson, confident approach
  • Good eye for detail, adheres to processes properly andin a welldocumented manner
  • A creative, problemsolving spirit
  • Passion for the OKA brand
