Service Engineer

Cornwall

£24,000 - £26,000

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our leading parking solutions clients in Cornwall to join their growing and successful team.


Duties:


  • To assist with installation, configuration, testing.
  • Fault find and provide a first time fix wherever possible
  • Maintaining and commissioning
  • To attend sites punctually as advised by the service desk
  • Communicate regularly with the Support Desk and give accurate reports
  • To ensure that all PPE is safe, complete and being correctly used/worn
  • All work is carried out in accordance with all Heath, Safety and Environmental requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Good working knowledge of PC based networked control systems
  • Understanding of wireless communication systems
  • Understanding of parking systems, hardware, and software
  • HNC/HND or ONC or equivalent qualifications in electrical engineering
  • IT Networking
  • Basic electrical and engineering knowledge
  • Be prepared to stay away overnight from time to time should the job require it
