Due to huge growth our client is recruiting for MULTIPLE Customer Liaison Officers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow within the mortgage industry.
- £20,600 plus £250 bonus per quarter.

  • Full time
  • Permanent.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Once fully trained the role is hybrid 2 days in the office and 3 from home.


The Role is to liaise between client, lender and solicitor to ensure the client receives a mortgage offer and successfully exchanges contracts.

Other departments may require liaising regularly with introducer partners such as builders and estate agents.

Duties include

  • Process all documents and lender requests in an efficient and accurate manner within the set timeframes.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with the advisers.
  • Ensure the completion of introduction call to customers is made, within lender specified timeframes.
  • Keep up to date with changes in lender criteria and requests.
  • Ensure that customer portal is kept up to date.
  • All written communications to be of a high standard, without grammatical/spelling errors.
  • To complete all administration in a timely and accurate manner.
