Lead commercial negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts
Develop negotiation plans, conduct supplier assessments, and evaluate proposals to drive cost reductions while maintaining quality standards.
Experience in technology and automation with a strong focus on driving transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and deliver commercial value
Drive conversations with stakeholders to increase awareness of cost-saving opportunities and promote a culture of financial stewardship
Data Analysis
Analyse data comprehensively using Excel and Power BI, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualisation tools, and dashboard creation to interpret complex datasets
Evaluate business opportunities, market trends, and operational efficiencies through commercial analysis, translating data into strategic insights and supporting the IAG Airports transformation initiatives and relevant associated tender processes
Develop and present reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, making data accessible and understandable to non-technical audiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and strategic planning
Manage and prioritise multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations
Continuously seek ways to automate and improve data analysis and reporting processes, utilising the latest tools and techniques in data analytics
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and negotiate contracts that support the company's interests
Provide insights and recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in ground handling activities
Bachelor'/Masters Degree preferred
Excel and Power BI mastery: Proficiency in using Excel and Power BI to create advanced data models, compelling visualisations, and interactive dashboards
Presentation Excellence:
Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to synthesise complex data into engaging, understandable presentations for a broad audience
Inherent Commercial Insight:
Solid understanding of business operations, with the ability to conduct nuanced commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making

Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to navigate through extensive datasets and timelines to extract critical business insights
Continuous learner, staying abreast of the latest industry trends, and leveraging new tools and techniques in data analysis and commercial evaluation
Excellent written and spoken English and/or Spanish is a plus
Change management experience supporting and implementing multiple solutions involving people, process, policy and technology
Working proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Working experience at an airport desirable
