    Exciting Opportunity: Business Development Manager

    Are you a dynamic professional ready to drive growth and innovation? Monday at Nine, in partnership with a leading Global law firm, is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their Marketing & Business Development team.

    Locations - Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Bristol, London & South Coast.

    Sectors - We are recruiting three roles focussed on Financial Services, Energy & Real Estate.

    Team and Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth strategy. Collaborating closely with the Marketing & BD Group, you'll identify and seize new opportunities in targeted sectors and markets. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you'll embed sector go-to-market strategies, cultivate client relationships, and expand the firm's reach within the UK.

    Core Responsibilities and Deliverables:

    • Collaborate with sector leaders to establish sectors as the primary route to market
    • Develop cross-border opportunities with colleagues in the US and preferred firm network
    • Coach and support Client Partners on BD efforts and pipeline management
    • Create impactful BD and marketing materials to support business objectives
    • Represent the firm at conferences, events, and client meetings
    • Support flagship marketing campaigns to target key clients and prospects
    • Promote CRM tools and technologies to enhance client engagement
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve BD and CRM efforts
    • Assist with onboarding new clients and enhancing client experience
    • Facilitate legal directory submissions and maintain quality standards
