    Description
    The Wienerberger Group Come and join us as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer at our Denton inManchester
    Wienerberger is a leading international provider of building materials and infrastructure solutions.
    We improve the quality of life and shape the future of construction.
    Our production site uses specialised tools and machinery that turn our raw materials (e.g. clay) into products ready for use in the construction industry.
    We have an opportunity as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our maintenance team in Denton.

    The team ensure all our electrical/mechanical plant equipment is working effectively, they reduce downtime, and they ensure everything is operating in a safe manner.

    Carry out fault finding, repair and maintenance work on plant and equipment
    Carry out all planned preventative maintenance
    Assist with the installation of new plant equipment.
    Attend regular training
    Carry out risk assessments

    We will provide you with full training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to enable you to work safely and effectively.


    Week 1:
    Sunday 18.

    Week 2:

    Sunday 18.We can offer flexibility around the Wednesday shift, such as working a full shift every two weeks, rather than half a shift weekly.

    You will be an experienced maintenance engineer, with experience working in a production environment. Apprentice-trained in a mechanical discipline
    Strong knowledge of maintenance experience and diagnostics of hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical control systems
    IT skills working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook
