_Do you have Customer Service experience? Are you open to working evenings and some weekends for a company that provides hybrid working? Then I have the role for you _
My client is looking to recruit 5 Customer Service Advisors to provide support to cardholders ensuring that queries are answered in a timely manner providing excellent service whilst ensuring that processes and guidelines are followed:

Type: 6 month contracts with the possibility of going perm


Pay:
£21,100 + 5% annual bonus based on company and personal performance (once confirmed as permanent)


Hours:
Shifts between the hours of 8am-9pm Then working 1 in 3 weekends Saturday and Sunday 9-5. If a weekend day is worked then you will be given a day off in the week. Shifts vary on a monthly rota. Start times between8am and 12.30pm. Finish times between 4:30pm and 9pm.


Location:
Swindon town centre


Responsibilities:


  • Handling customer telephone enquiries
  • Handling customer webchat enquiries
  • All contacts to be handled within SLA
  • Following standard daily customer service procedures
  • Liaison with internal departments
  • Compliance, Operations and Finance
  • Recording all customer queries
  • Solving any issues that may arise
  • Recording customer expressions of dissatisfaction and complaint
  • Directly contribute to the level of client and cardholder satisfaction
