    We're currently working with Hertfordshire's leading trust, a number of high achieving Independent schools as well as top performing selective and and Grammar Schools who all take an active and early approach to their September recruitment.

    We have roles to start in June or July if desired once your PGCE has finished and schools who can even support with relocation.

    With over 10 years supporting ECTs we have a proven track record of ensuring that training, timetables, and mentors are in place to make your transition into your career as smooth as possible.

    We're looking for teachers for all subjects, particularly Core Subjects, Business, PE, Art, Drama, RS, and MFL, and we offer competitive pay, leading mentors, and schools with a history of successful inductions.


    As an ECT, you'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment that values your professional development and progression.

    Our Trust ensures that all schools are well-resourced, professionally run, and offer a clear, structured development plan for all staff.

    You'll be paid a permanent post ranging from MPS 1 to 3 (£31,350 - £35,204) MPS 1-3 You'll hold full teaching responsibilities across key stages 3, 4, and potentially KS 5.

    Class sizes vary between 25-30.
