Salary:
£45,326+ Dependent of skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Undertake key product, people and process assurance inline with management system documentation and in support of the manufacturing operations
- Lead/ Support the management of nonconformance including containment, root cause analysis and corrective action planning with key stakeholders (including suppliers and customers)
- Support business and departmental reviews ensuring key performance measures are communicated effectively to maintain performance levels and process compliance
- Support the business in developing new ways of working to increase efficiency and provide predictive capability analysis.
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience in quality assurance and quality standards
- Experience in continuous improvement and nonconformance management (including industry standard quality tools)
- Good interpersonal skills, with experience of dealing with both internal and external suppliers and customers
- Competent in data analysis (in excel) and presentation of data in both report and presentation formats.

The Quality Control team:
The Quality control role sits in the line of business manufacturing quality control team, were you will interface daily with all aspects of the manufacturing business from Inspectors, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management to external customers.
This is a really good opportunity for someone with the relevant experience, playing a vital role in maintaining our high manufacturing quality standards.
