- A basic salary of up to £30,500 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

We're representing an Ofsted Outstanding training provider who operate within the adult training and employability sectors. Our client are seeking an experienced Career Advisor to join their team. We're looking to speak to either qualified advisors who hold their Level 4 IAG qualification, or experienced unqualified advisors with a background with a background working in the employability/welfare2work sector.
If you don't hold your level 4 IAG no problem. My client will pay for and put you through that qualification
To be considered you must drive and have access to your own vehicle. Delivery will be conducted remotely and across the Nottingham, & Nottinghamshire area.

The successful candidate will have the drive, determination and expericne to engage people, raise their aspirations and increase their self-confidence. You will support them in removing barriers, and enabling them to secure a positive EET outcome. Joining the team in Nottingham & Nottinghamshire and delivering across a variety of locations including our premises, community bases, schools and through virtual delivery
