    HR Advisor, Bromborough, Wirral (Hybrid) £39,800-£41,800
    HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR Professional for a regional HR role within the North West. Joining an expanding and varied organisation, you will report into the Head of HR.

    The role is a hybrid role and on average you will be travelling 1-2 days per week within the North West to their sites.

    You will then divide your time between WFH and Bromborough.

    The purpose of the role is to work with teams, managers and stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and implement effective people plans and activities within the organisation.

    The candidate will be an HR Generalist, who will be assigned business areas and will need to work closely with those business areas and help them to implement the business strategy from a people perspective.

    Role Responsibilities
    # Promote best practice across the business, presenting HR matters in a clear and concise way
    # Ensure managers implement HR policies and practices
    # Regularly assess the impact of employment legislation and ensure changes are carried out to a high standard
    # Interpret, monitor and report on HR Analytics to influence progress and performance
    # Provide local support on ER matters and develop appropriate solutions, this will include regularly traveling to local branches
    # Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, regularly updating on activity to ensure a joined-up HR service is delivered to the business
    # Design and deliver coaching solutions to line managers on ER issues including interpreting of Employment and Case Law
    # Work with the HR team and senior managers to develop and implement policies and practice across the organisation that encourages and promotes staff engagement and performance improvements
    # Work with the Head of HR to continuously review our benefit offering
    # Ensure there are effective channels of communication, engagement and consultation on matters affecting employees including the implementation of forums, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and wellbeing initiatives
    # Work with the HR team and senior managers creating content, designing initiatives, events and programmes that bring our employee engagement strategy to life for colleagues
    # Review, advise on and ensure contracts of employment, offers of employment, grading structure and benefits

    Person Specification
    HR generalist with a minimum of 3 years HR experience
    Demonstrable experience of working with teams, managers and stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability
    Excellent understanding of UK employment law
    Proven attention to detail
    Strong project management skills
    Multi-site experience is an advantage

    The salary is £35,000-£37,000 plus a car allowance of £4,800 plus bonus and excellent benefits
