    Purpose of the role

    The Audit Manager is responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, evaluating financial and operational processes, and providing recommendations to enhance internal controls, compliance, and risk management. They play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements while maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct within Professional Services

    Role Responsibilities

    Program Planning

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives and scope.
  • Develop a detailed program plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure alignment of program goals with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Project Oversight

  • Monitor the progress of individual projects within the program.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Allocate resources and budget effectively to meet program goals.
  • Team Coordination

  • Build and lead cross-functional project teams.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Set clear expectations and provide direction to team members.
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Engage and communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including executives, to provide updates on program status.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Quality Assurance

  • Implement and enforce quality standards and best practices across projects.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure program and project quality.
  • Budget and Resource Management

  • Develop and manage the program budget.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and track expenditures.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation of lessons learned.
  • Prepare and deliver regular program status reports to leadership.
  • Change Management

  • Implement change management processes as needed to ensure smooth transitions during program execution.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications may be a plus.
