    We're hiring for a Marketing Science Manager to join our Measurement and Effectiveness Team in London.

    Purpose of the Role

    As Marketing Science Manager you'll specialise in incrementality experiments, playing a pivotal role in assessing the true impact of our marketing efforts on driving business outcomes. You will design and execute experiments aimed at determining the incremental lift generated by various media channels and initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop methodologies, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Define clear hypotheses, treatment groups, and control groups for rigorous experimentation in collaboration with 3rd party partners.
  • Oversee the collection and aggregation of relevant data sources to measure test performance.
  • Understand statistical techniques and modelling approaches to analyse experiment results and quantify incremental lift accurately. Identifying trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to inform optimisation strategies and marketing investments.
  • Continuously refine and enhance experimentation methodologies to improve accuracy and scalability, experimenting with new tools, techniques, and platforms to expand the scope and depth of measurement capabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and experiment teams to align measurement objectives with business goals.
  • Work closely with media buying teams to optimize media strategies based on incrementality insights.
  • Document experiment designs, methodologies, and findings in clear and concise reports and present findings and recommendations to the client organisation, senior leadership and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience in digital media with digital analytics and testing knowledge with a good understanding of digital media and how the channels work
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, experimental design, and hypothesis testing and familiarity with media attribution models, ad-serving platforms, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil complex concepts into clear and actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Some experience in geo-based incrementality testing and knowledge of causal impact measurement methodology is a plus.

    This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a month, every other Thursday.
