BDS Recruitment are looking to recruit Care Worker's to work in an extra care retirement living service based in Bristol,

Full and part time positions available.


We are recruiting for care workers to work on either Day shifts or Night shifts or a mixture of both if preferred.

Day shifts are a mix of 7am to 1pm, 1pm to 6pm and 5pm to 10pm
Night shifts are 10pm to 7am and this is a waking night shift.


What the role of Care Worker involves:

  • Assisting residents with all aspects of person care needs and requirements.
  • Supporting with domestic tasks
  • Making meals, drinks, and snacks
  • Keep managers and key agencies informed about the wellbeing of residents

What you need:


  • Experience is preferred, However, not necessary.
  • To be kind, friendly and a caring approach
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Commitment to undertake necessary further training
  • Reliability and flexibility, use your own initiative and remain calm under pressure
  • Must be available for flexible working.
Day care workers £11.19 per hour
Night care workers £11.69 per hour
