Control Room Operator


You will need an excellent customer service tonality; you'll need to be able to react quickly to alarms as this role will see you deploy response officers to developing incidents additionally you will need to liaise with multiple constabularies and demonstrate some good reporting and IT skills with office 365 among other pieces of software such as alarm receiving systems.

The role includes working days, nights, and weekends on a '4 on 4 off' rolling roster pattern.
