DetailsTHE UNIVERSITY OF LIVERPOOL DIRECTORATE OF PEOPLE AND SERVICES FACILITIES, RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES FACILITIES, RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES RESOURCE PLANNER – REACTIVE MAINTENANCE GRADE 5 £27,980 - £32,333 pa The role supports the delivery of maintenance service using the University's CAFAM system (Planon). The 'Service Hub' team are responsible for managing maintenance work activity from the initial enquiry/request through to the final completion of a maintenance task. The Service Hub receive, issue and track individual jobs, plan the in-house technician's diaries, input accurate data, monitor job queues and report on performance.
We are looking for a person who is proactive with a clear speaking voice who can communicate at all levels, using excellent people skills to gain the confidence and respect of colleagues and customers, providing excellent customer service.
The ability to perform in a pressurised environment and multi-task is vital to the role, the person needs to be highly organised with the ability to visualise problems and suggest appropriate solutions, whilst prioritising the workflow.
You should have 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics.Job Ref:
