    Title: Finance Manager

    Position Overview:

    Finatal are partnered with a PE backed manufacturing business, seeking a Finance Manager (reporting to the Head of Finance) to provide strategic financial guidance, analysis and support to senior management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics, for management and investors.
    • Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
    • Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
    • Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
    • Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, board materials, and other communications related to financial performance and strategy.

    Qualifications:

    • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent
    • Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing or private equity backed environment.
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
    • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
    • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
