    Description

    Our UK Hotel client with over 25 properties is seeking a Head of Premium Hotel Sales to proactively source HNW, UHNW customers and high value events e.g. exclusive use weddings for the group's portfolio of properties. The Head of Premium Hotel Sales will retain and grow existing HNW and UHNW revenue streams and partner with General Managers to improve ADR & REVPAR.

    ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    · Develop, implement and optimise a sales plan that increases the contribution of new and existing HNW and UHNW customers for our client

    · Develop a pipeline of HNW, and UHNW customers, liaising with property General Managers in order to convert this business

    · Analyse commercialisation opportunities for both new and existing HNW and UHNW customers e.g. supplemental VIP offerings, subscriptions with a view to maximising revenue and yield

    · Managing the P&L, and delivering on revenue and profit forecasts for the HNW and UHNW business

    · Define requirements to support HNW and UHNW revenue generating activity e.g., luxury brochures, specific networking collateral etc.

    · Meticulously management of reporting, analysis via any relevant systems, with regular board updates

    · Networking within local HNW and UHNW communities to drive the company's competitive advantage

    · Maximizing property revenue and profit from HNW and UHNW customers

    · Develop pipeline of prospective buyers for pre-agreed properties.

    ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA:

    · Increased customer acquisition of HNW and UHNW customers

    · Increased customer acquisition of high value event bookings e.g. Exclusive use weddings

    · Revenue retention and growth of existing HNW and UHNW customers

    · Improvement in ADR & REVPAR.
