We are now looking for a PQS to join our busy Chelmsford team as a Project Surveyor / Employers Agent.

Providing project management and employer's agent services on a range of exciting and innovative construction projects you will work with both the residentialand commercial teams.

You will be responsible for client liaison and project management covering the full range of pre and post contract duties from scheme inception to completion.


Oxbury is a professional practice of Chartered Surveyors providing the full range of Project Management, Employer's Agent and Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) services for a wide spectrum of public, private and commercial clients throughout the East,East Midlands, South East of England and Greater London area.

We are involved in a wide variety of projects in multiple sectors:
Residential; industrial; commercial, infrastructure; education and leisure.

We support our clients to build everything from carbon-neutralsocial housing and schools; through to prestige-brand manufacturing facilities and cutting-edge high-tech developments.


  • You will either be part way through, or ready to commence the RICS APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.
  • You'll have experience in the role of a Project Manager and / or Employer's Agent with a Consultancy and have a good understanding of residential and commercial property development.
  • If you are also professional, diplomatic and client focussed then you could be just who we are looking for
