The Role:

We are now recruiting for a part-time Secretary / Administrator for our Norwich office. You will provide support to the Project Surveyors as well as the QA Manager and HR & Practice Manager.

The role covers general secretarial and administrative supportfor the technical team; support for facilities and office management; Quality Assurance administration; and events management.


  • You must have experience of working in a professional environment and as part of a team and be confident using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook to produce documents and spreadsheets.
  • You should be a confident and proficient copy / audio typist.
  • You must be able to manage your own time and priorities and have excellent attention to detail.
  • You will regularly deal with clients and suppliers so must be friendly and outgoing with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will produce invoices so must be numerate and have a high standard or written and spoken English.
  • Whilst not essential, an interest in construction, property and / or housing; and experience of working with QS systems would be an advantage.
