    The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and margin growth across the UK with a focus on our partner ADI at EMEA level. Managing a team of sales professionals based in UK, you will play a pivotal role in achieving organisational objectives, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our sales business in the country.

    This is a remote role, meaning the successful candidate can be based anywhere in England. You will be expected to spend at least 50% of your time travelling to & meeting with senior stakeholders across ADI's various sites in the UK. You will also visit ADI international sites (namely France and Spain) as / when required.

    JOB DUTIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive country level sales strategy aligned with the regional strategic objectives.
  • To develop and maintain a partner distribution network throughout the designated area for Security Products
  • Provide leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales force.
  • Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals for the country.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing team & category management teams to develop effective campaigns that are suited to the target customer or channel.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular market feedback to the executive team for strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Proven track record of at in sales leadership roles, preferably in a distributor or electrical, wholesaler or similar B2B sales environment.
  • A background in technical product sales.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.
  • Ability to drive a sales culture and margin growth mindset.
