Our client, a reputable construction company based in Bradford, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing industrial and commercial design and build projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the high standard expected by the company.

You will need to have a thorough knowledge of CDM and demonstrate good leadership qualities.

Managing all aspects of the construction site, including planning, organising, and coordinating activities

• Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors and site workers
• Managing project budgets and schedules
• In addition to the Liverpool site, you will need to travel to the office in Bradford once a week, so flexibility is key. The company is offering a salary of around £50K, along with a car or allowance.
