Templeton and Partners are looking for a Senior Programme Manager with Endur experience for our Global Client.
Location- London, remote
Contract- 6 months outside IR35
Responsibilities:
• Exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
• Work closely with Front and Middle Office business users and be responsible for gathering, documenting, and delivering requirements and use cases through to user acceptance and implementation
• Experience in linear and non-linear instruments in a Commodity and Energy Trading environment and how to represent these in Openlink Endur
• Self-starter with a proven delivery track record in analysis, design, and configuration
• Partnering with business users you will work as part of a diverse project team and be recognised as an Endur expert
• Experience in physical and financial gas, power, emissions, and coal trading, valuation, and PnL within EMEA.
• Modelling and reporting experience.
• Comprehensive FX experience.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, leveraging leadership and delegation skills to maximise commercial potential.
• Manage strong, two-way working relationships with the client's internal stakeholders, as well as external counterparts within partner organisations.
• Ensure there is a mutual understanding company and all stakeholder respective agendas, delivery road maps, and issues, navigating seamless transitions and negotiating where necessary to ensure all parties are satisfied.
• Plan and deliver a proactive programme of engagement and periodic reporting to all stakeholders.
Skill and Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in ETRM or CTRM technology, including leading large-scale Manday) projects above £1 million budget and successful resource management of 15+.
• Required experience with Endur and delivering projects deeply rooted in Agile and continuous delivery principles.
• Experience managing across many workstreams and deliverables from functional to technical integration points.
• Practice in workshop facilitation to cultivate the ideation.
• Proven experience coordinating design, development, testing, and deployment; practice in workshop facilitation to cultivate the ideation.
• Proven ability to prioritise multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders using strong communication skills
• Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, with success leveraging data to make decisions.
• Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholders and diverse teams including nearshore and offshore teams.
• Minimum 5 years' experience of Openlink Endur, including v14 upwards is essential
• Exposure to and understanding of the full trade lifecycle allied with strong knowledge of the system business processes
• Understanding of several commodity/asset classes and implementation across multiple Openlink clients
• Understanding of software implementation and testing principles
• Ability to adapt to changing working environments and practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
