Reporting to the regional HSE Director, the role is integral in developing and shaping the site Safety Culture across all functions and Team Members across Oceania (Liverpool, Dee Why & Auckland sites). As a member of the HSE Team, the purpose of this role is to contribute to the fulfilment of Prysmian's HSE responsibilities and ensuring WHS legislative requirements are met. The role is responsible to support, monitor and participate in all site safety practices, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and rules. The role works closely with key stakeholders to understand Prysmian's HSE requirements and strive to maintain a continuously safe, healthy and sustainable workplace.
