We have partnered with a luxury brand currently recruiting a seasoned Head of Production to oversee their team as they grow from strength to strength.

** Please note to be successful you must either be fluent of have business level Spanish

Key responsibilities;

• Manage and oversee the full production schedule, critical path and factory management
• Manage and oversee the factories and mills across Europe
• Lead motivate and develop the production, sourcing and raw materials team
• Anticipate and troubleshoot any problems
• Check in with other departments to ensure critical path is met
• Partner with product development and design teams
• Negotiate prices to achieve targets
• Monitor and review performance targets
• Ensure that all systems are used correctly and up to date
• Manage and oversee the production budget

The ideal candidate will;

• Have 10 plus years experience working within Production
• Be fluent in Spanish
• Have experience managing and recruiting for large teams
• Have experience using Zedonk
• Be highly analytical
• Have great communication and leadership skills
• Have the ability to work under pressure
