    Marks Sattin are working in partnership with an established multi-site business based in Bristol to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

    This role will see you working closely with and supporting the FP&A team to deliver effective business partnering and value add to some of the key decision makers within the operational field.

    A highly commercial role that will utilise an existing skill set within FP&A or Management Accounting and build upon existing business partnering exposure. Report on KPI's and performance, manage risk and opportunity and add true value to the non-finance leadership in the business

    The Finance Business Partner position will be paying between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum with hybrid working and occasional travel across the region. Benefits will include: annual bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave (plus BH), Life assurance and a host of employee portal benefits

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Performance/KPI analysis across multiple sites
    • Financial Analysis across key business areas and metrics
    • Support the budgeting and forecasting process
    • Develop and enhance relationships between the finance function and wider business
    • Act as the key point of contact for operational leaders whilst highlighting areas of opportunity and risk
    • Alongside support from the financial analyst, provide valuable insight to your business area
    • Contribute to regional SMT meetings as the finance lead

    Key Skills and Experience;

    • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or in the final stages of studies
    • Strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail
    • Ability to communicate with non-finance stakeholders at a senior level
    • Intermediate to Advanced Excel
    • Ability to manipulate large data sets and adjust financial models
    • Experience of Tableau advantageous but not essential
