One Property Recruitment are seeking a Junior Property Assistant to join a rapidly growing residential managing agent in the heart of Birmingham centre.

My client is looking for someone who is keen to be in the property industry and wanting a long-term career.

They can offer support with further training & qualification and are transparent with further growth plans where they would always look to internally promote.

Assisting the Property Manager with portfolio management
Handling account queries
Assisting with maintenance, contractors & repairs
Admin duties
Upholding excellent customer service at all times

Salary/benefits
Up to £22k depending on experience

Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
