Area Manager Experience (Desirable)

  • Experience in managing a similar retail operation within a fast paced environment
  • Proven track record of commercial achievements.
  • Team management experience in maximizing profitability and drive sales.
  • Proven record in coaching and developing people to improve performance
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of UK Employment Law
