We are a major supplier of proprietary software which is utilised across Lending, Energy and Property Marketing verticals.


As part of the Product Management team, you will develop a deep understanding of company products and requirements to support customers and give them confidence in service delivery.

As part of the role, you will be engaged with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the software development lifecycle.


  • Work with external customers to gather and refine detailed requirements.
  • Manage key stakeholders throughout the business to understand, document and take a lead in driving the design, development, delivery, and support of functionality.
  • Write and manage high quality work items from business designs and Epics through to detailed more granular User Stories and Bugs.
  • Engage with the Client Management team in the identification and specification of new system functionality based on customer feedback.
  • Lead various meetings with the development and testing teams including daily standups and weekly Backlog Refinement, Planning sessions and Retrospectives.
  • Manage the development backlogs to ensure required functionality is delivered.
  • Perform product demos to stakeholders.
  • Develop technical documentation materials and release notes.
  • Participate in thought leadership, and customer initiatives with respect to assigned products.
  • Liaise with our DevOps and Customer facing teams to support with the coordination of software releases.
  • Develop materials to support customers in on boarding and ongoing use of the software products, such as release notes, user guides and technical documentation.
  • Take responsibility for third line support for customer issues.

Job Qualifications:


  • Experience working in a Product Management Role or similar.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to act as a primary liaison between multiple teams.
  • Experience managing and working with Product Backlogs within a requirements management software platform.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of an Agile environment would be beneficial.
  • Good analytical and presentational skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps/TFS would be useful.
  • Ideally some commercial experience in the markets we operate in (Mortgage Finance, Property Surveying, Residential Estate Agency, and Energy Assessment).
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio or similar flowchart software
