- Demonstrable experience in Cyber Security, ideally within regulated financial services
- Experience working for a fast-growing FinTech would be ideal
- A track record of designing and executing security strategies and frameworks
- Expert knowledge of AWS and Azure
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent

Description
Our client, a Series A funded Fintech-for-good is looking to appoint a Lead Cloud Security Engineer to develop and run their security programme across production environments and corporate services. This role forms part of their Management team and is an ideal role for someone looking to develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy aligned with their business goals and industry standards.
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will manage and monitor the security of their cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS), applications, networks and endpoints. You will establish and implement policies, coordinate security audits, and prepare the firm for external inspections. You will oversee the implementation of security certifications (ISO27001, SOC2, and Cyber Essentials), and lead the security awareness and training programs for their employees, partners and customers.
