As a Commercial/Corporate Paralegal, you will be utilizing a combination of AI and your own legal expertise to review and negotiate a variety of contracts such as vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and more.

You'll be liaising closely with existing and prospective clients, including Global Corporate/Insurance companies, Private Equity Funds, and others. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to assist and train junior members of the team.
