    TELESALES EXECUTIVE REQUIRED FOR STOKE ON TRENT COMPANY
    TELESALES EXECUTIVE
    STOKE ON TRENT

    PERMANENT
    FULL TIME HOURS (3 DAYS OFFICE, 2 DAYS HOME BASED)
    £28K PLUS BONUS (OTE £35K)

    THE ROLE

    ·Identifying and developing B2B sales opportunities to fund new business targets

    ·Monitoring performance of new customers to ensure they trade to agreed profile and terms - agreeing and delivering action plans if variances occur

    ·Facilitating handover of new accounts to the relevant Account Owner within the first 1-3 months of trade

    ·Creating accurate opportunities through the CRM

    ·Obtaining all the correct documentation required to process client credit facilities to a minimum of ISO standard

    • Updating and maintaining the CRM system

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    ·Excellent communication skills together with an enthusiastic, professional telephone manner

    ·Previous experience of telemarketing, appointment making, telesales or proactive account management would be required

    ·Strong organisational skills allied to a good level of IT literacy
