    The UK commercial organization is hiring a Commercial Analyst to help us sustainably drive growth in the UK market. The UK Commercial function operates primarily at the intersection of product, marketing, channel and finance to drive the UK market commercial P&L. Responsibilities span driving the monitoring and optimization of ICB UK Sales, delivery of strategic commercial initiatives, development and maintenance of the UK proposition. and development and monitoring of the key commercial targets.

    Summary

    The Commercial Analyst role is for a talented, driven professional who excels at performing detailed financial and business analysis/reporting, and can turn analysis into actionable recommendations that drive business performance. You will be at the centre of the Chase business, helping to critique & define commercial strategy for the UK market.

    The Commercial Analyst is responsible for constantly improving our understanding and evaluating performance of underlying business metrics, KPIs and unit economics to help the market leadership team make informed business decisions.

    Responsibilities:

    Working closely with Finance, Product and the Commercial team, you will;
    • Drive development of commercial targets for the UK market based on top-level strategic and financial objectives
    • Maintain ongoing sight of the expected impact of commercial & propositional plans on P&L expectations
    • Drive understanding of customer value generation, consolidate LTV & marginal product P&L models, set boundary conditions for customer and product profitability in line with financial objectives of the UK market
      Skills/ Qualifications should include:
      • You will have a strong academic background and significant Pricing, Commercial and/or FP&A experience in Financial Services.
      • You will have a great understanding of business drivers and the metrics and unit economics that impact business results.
      • You are happy working with large datasets and presenting insightful analysis to senior stakeholders.
      • Experience with BI tools, extracting and manipulating data
      • Previous experience in retail banking would be a plus
